The Sangguniang Bayan held its Regular Session this morning. On top of the Agenda were the following:
•Resolution Granting Financial Assistance amounting to php39,400 to the 11 Chief Girl Scout Medal scheme candidates of Luciano Millan National High School;
•Second reading of the proposed ordinance amending Municipal Ordinance No. 8 series of 2020, granting financial assistance to the indigent senior citizen residents of the Municipality of Asingan;
•Resolution authorizing the Local Chief Executive Carlos Lopez Jr to enter into & sign a MOA with Mr. Alex Tanwangco for the rehabilitation of Senior Citizens’ Building;
•Reiteration of safety measures to combat Covid 19 & proposal to allocate funds for the purchase of Covid vaccines from the Supplemental Budget of 2021.
Lastly, a display of Michael Jackson outfit was made after the Session. Rowena Talagsad & Coun. Marivic Salagubang Robeniol were chosen as winners for the best MJ costume. Congratulations!
