Greetings!
At the outset, let me express my deepest gratitude to my dear constituents who support unceasingly in every noble endeavor of this administration. From the day you bestowed upon me the mandate of a Local Chief Executive, every task became a challenge-a challenge to proficient governance and a commitment to reciprocate the public trust.
The roadmap of my participatory governance is embodied in the acronym “CHUA CARES” under the banner of “Serbisyong Tapat Para Sa Lahat”.
The acronym stands for:
C– Childcare and protection
H– Health and Sanitation
U–Understanding the application of Gender and Development
A–Agricultural advancement
C–Creation of livelihood and community wealth
A–Awareness and action on climate change
R–Renewal of faith & moral excellence
E–Education and employment
S–Support to every sector of the society
To date, my administration has accomplished many developmental and infrastructure projects; delivered social services; acted upon to protect the environment; held capability building and case management seminars and uplifted the moral and spiritual values of the people.
Success does not come overnight. It must be diligently work upon. It entails patience. It requires perseverance. According to Robert J. Collier, “Success is the sum of small efforts repeated day in and day out.” Therefore, let us remain steadfast. Let us continue our unified effort so that we can attain our vision.
With every Asinganian as my partner in service and with the grace of God and the right motive, we can make a difference and move the world.
